Plant Hire Controller

Damicor are currently seeking a Plant Hire Controller to be based in Greenford.

Key Responsibilities:

- Be responsive to Customer complaints, resolving efficiently and courteously at all times
- Liaise with transport department to arrange relevant deliveries and collections
- Liaise with yard staff to ensure correct equipment is available and made ready
- Continuously build up your product knowledge to enable yourself to advise and assist customers in their requirements
- Locate and process rehired requirements from agreed suppliers as and when required
- Liaise with Directors and Managers
- Responding to customer enquiries about plant machinery
- Developing professional relationships with internal and external clients
- Create positive inter departmental relationships
- General administration duties
- Attending any training courses as and when required to help develop product knowledge

Technical skills:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office - MS Word and Excel
- Preferably with previous plant/hire experience

Hours:
08.00am - 17.00pm

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
