Hire Desk Administrator

We are looking for a Hire Desk Administrator who is proactive, adaptable and looking for a long-term career within the construction / hire industry.
The Hire Administrator will be responsible for;
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Processing Plant Hire Department Paperwork - Raising Hire Contracts & Off Hiring Contracts.
- Monitoring & Confirming deliveries / off hires.
- Allocating jobs to drivers tablets at the end of the working day for following day.
- Filing / Scanning PDI sheets.
- Assisting with the hire desk administration.
**Skills & Qualities**
- Experience of working in a fast paced department
- Effective administration, organisation and planning skills with a keen eye on attention to detail.
- Team player
- Computer Literate, good knowledge of Word, Excel. Experience using Inspire system would be beneficial but training will be given.
- Good Telephone manner
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexible in your approach but self-motivated to take initiatives but keen to learn new and develop new skills.

- Monday - Friday 9am-6pm (1hr Break)
**Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
