This is a brand new role within Skyner Engineering Services and full training will be given. We are an established family company with an ever-expanding order book looking for office administrator to join and grow our team on a permanent basis.

**Job role/responsibilities**:

- Data entry, retrieval and database management
- Filing, scanning and archiving
- Answering the telephone
- Assisting the office manager and directors as required
- Use of Excel, Word Outlook and Xero (training can be provided for Xero)

**Personal specification**:

- High level of attention to detail
- Organised
- Team Player
- Positive attitude
- Can do approach
- Manages time effectively with the ability to multitask

**Required skills**:

- Experience using Microsoft Applications specifically Excel, Outlook and Word
- Strong communication skills

**Part time**:
**Salary**:
National living wage

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £8.60-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
