**Job description**:
Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Repair Order Focal Point, based in Aberdeen.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for preparing asset RO campaign Scopes Of Work (SOW) for issue to the incumbent RO contractor
- Review / assess / challenge anomaly scope actions assigned by the Integrity Anomaly System / Team
- Liaise closely with Asset Integrity Engineers and Technical Authorities to ensure the correct risk ranked RO's are being actioned to avoid backlog, the incumbent RO contractor and asset planners to ensure visibility of this work.
- Review the Integrity anomaly system data base on a regular basis to ensure that actions allocated to construction are being addressed and organize repairs / replacements where required and are communicated to the incumbent RO contractor.
- Responsible for managing the tracking of actions within the Integrity anomaly system and prioritising the RO anomaly actions raised from inspection activities, engaging with the appropriate stakeholders, and ensuring these are appropriately ranked and prioritised
- Act as single point of contact for the incumbent RO contractor associated with engineering / procurement / fabrication development and Engineering Queries (EQ)
- Assist developing onshore and offshore deliverable plans for the execution of RO and coordinating campaign activities with the incumbent RO contractor
- Assist and support the regular meetings with RO Contractor to discuss "progress vs plan" resolution of issues or queries, and have input to the cost management of all activities to meet budget targets
- Ensure all RO activities are carried out safely and in compliance with legislation, and ensure any Compliance or Business Assurance actions are ALARP and closed-out in a timely manner
- Review the integrity system anomaly data base on a regular basis to ensure that actions against construction are being addressed and organize repairs and replacement where required
- Ensure contractor implement modifications in accordance with MOC process where like for like replacement is not achievable
- Review / assess / challenge proposed Repair Order and modifications scopes, establish the preferred approach for safe and cost-effective remediation by agreed dates
- Provide support in the preparation of Repair Order data and monthly reports for the Company Asset and Leadership teams.

- Liaise with company materials lead to ensure vendor equipment and material is prepared for shipping in reasonable time before planned start date on the platform
- Maintain accurate RO Register
- Support with the management of Repair Order Work Preparation Process through established systems, interfacing with Integrity / Operations / Cost / Planning / DCC and appropriate discipline TA's
- Interfacing with TAR Lead to identify & deliver in a timely manner, scopes identified for asset production / key system outage shutdowns

Experience & Qualifications:

- Detailed knowledge of the Project Management within North Sea Oil & Gas Modifications environment
- Demonstrate knowledge of Management of Change (MOC)
- Experience in managing RO modifications internally and with external companies
- Adherence to company's (UK) values
- Flexible, open-minded ability to work in a high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines
- A self-starter, able to take own initiative to identify and lead safety and business improvements as required
- Capacity to acknowledge and analyse large quantities of information
