**Michelle Denham **is Lost Shore's Wellness offering devised, designed and managed by our Senior Therapist. It will comprise of a treatment room where Michelle Denham specialises in providing truly personalised treatments tailored to your individual body and skin needs. Michelle Denham is an established industry known professional with well over a decade’s experience, she has run and developed two award winning spas most notably, Fletchers cottage spa which has been voted one of the best spa breaks in the UK by Vogue magazine. We are excited to bring this relaxing space and experience you our visitors.

**The Role: Senior Therapist**

The role of Senior Therapist is to lead our team of skilled therapists in providing exceptional massages and relaxing treatments to our resort visitors. As a Senior Therapist, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that each guest receives the highest quality of service and care. With your expertise and leadership, you will help our visitors experience ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation, contributing to unforgettable visit at our resort.

**What you will be doing**:

- Carrying out a range of Spa treatments to an extremely high standard including massage, facials hand and feet treatments
- Training and mentoring the therapy team, maintaining treatment standards, and creating a serene and welcoming environment.
- Acting as a role model for other therapists
- Optimising diary management to increase revenue and reducing white space
- Assisting with managing the day when required
- Achieving retail targets consistently
- Cultivating a community of clients who eagerly return for rejuvenating experiences
- Ensuring wok environments are spotless, clean and organised
- Carrying out any other reasonable tasks requested by Resort Director to aid the smooth running of the Wellness space

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
- Qualified to SVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent
- Pervious Spa Experience preferred but not essential as training will be provided
- Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating effective communication with clients and team members
- Confident in using a computer booking system
- Experience in diary management and scheduling
- Innate passion to develop and grow as a therapist
- To enjoy working leading and working as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
- Confident and self motivated to work solo on occasions

**Additional Information**:
As a Senior Therapist, you’ll need to be flexible with your schedule. Our resort operates seven days a week, and early morning, late evening and weekend work will be required. Your commitment to ensuring the resort’s smooth operation during peak times is essential.
