**Job Description**:
Customer Service Executive - On Demand

Based in Manchester, Trafford Park - Hybrid (2 days office / 3 days home)

Permanent, full time (Monday to Friday, NO evenings or weekends)

£22,000 per annum (increasing to £23k after probation) + plus bonus & benefits

The On Demand team at CHEP is the heartbeat of the organisation and as a result of promotion, they are looking for a new Customer Service Executive to join their team. You will be the first point of contact for all CHEP customer enquiries and complaints. You will have full ownership of resolving the queries with the support of your team.
