This is a full-time role (Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week).

**What will you do?**

As our Business Administrator, you will:

- **Collaborate with management**:You will be responsible for working with key members of the management team. Ensuring they have the correct information to hand on time
- **Provide accuracy and attention to detail**: You will check all invoices to ensure the correct information is processed and will feel confident to query invoices where necessary
- **Maintain company accounts**:We have many businesses that we work with, you will be responsible for ensuring our company accounts run smoothly and that key information is understood and processed
- **Liaise with suppliers**:You will work with our suppliers to resolve any queries in a timely manner, ensuring the best outcome is achieved. As an example, this may be returning damaged stock for new or negotiating delivery dates
- **Liaise with different areas of the business**:You will confidently liaise with other areas of the business, providing them with accurate and timely information on their queries
- **Ensure compliance**:You will help to ensure the company not only remains compliant in its legal duties but that accurate records are kept ready for our yearly audit checks
- **Provide reports**: Deliver relevant reports/ information as and when required

**Who are we looking for?**

We’re searching for someone who’s as passionate about their role as we are about pets:

- **Experience**:Previous experience within the same or a similar role will be essential
- **Systems**:Prior experience of using systems such as NetSuite Oracle would be advantageous but is not essential. Other than this we use Gmail and Microsoft Office.
- **Detail orientated**:You will have excellent attention to detail ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
- **Communication**: You will have strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate across all levels
- **Numeracy**: You will be confident in providing calculations, working to a right first time approach
- **Problem Solving**: You will deliver solutions to queries and work well to deadlines
- **Team Player**: You will enjoy working as part of a team and of course love working to help our pet parents receive the best

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
