**The Company**
Due to team growth and expansion, a Litigation Support Analyst role is available for this world leading Law firm. This firm has developed an enviable reputation for advising world-leading corporate and financial institutions across some of the world's leadingcompanies and financial institutions including a significant number listed on the Fortune 100, FTSE 100 and DAX. Covering a broad range of practices including Banking & Finance, Capital Markets, Intellectual Property, Joint Ventures & Strategic Alliances,Mergers & Acquisitions and Real Estate, the business operates across Asia, the Americas and Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team and really shape the way role is delivered. You will work directly with senior stakeholders acrossvarious business areas to assist with the management of projects for legal teams.

**Key Responsibilities** of the eDiscovery Project Manager
- Handle day-to-day management of digital media and datasets, including the maintenance of chain-of-custody records and the coordination of collections, receipts, and deliveries of devices
- Carry out project management tasks with respect to individual investigations and electronic disclosure exercises, including but not limited to preparation of review batches, formulation of searches and implementation of updates to project workspaces
- Act as a liaison with external electronic disclosure and translation service providers, and with internal IT and Legal Risk Management teams
- Provide user support to internal and client users working with document review tools, file-sharing platforms, and extranets
- Assist with regular audits of workspaces and user logins
- Work with the Litigation Support Manager on the planning of investigations and disclosure exercises
- Review and manage invoices from external service providers
- Work with the Litigation Support Manager on the creation and maintenance of written resources and training materials relating to electronic disclosure

**Skills & Attributes** of the eDiscovery Project Manager
- At least two years of experience in working with electronic evidence and managing electronic disclosure projects gained through working in a law firm or an e-disclosure services provider.
- Experience of a customer-facing IT support role in another setting (such as an IT Helpdesk Advisor) would be desirable
- The following certifications are highly desirable:

- Relativity Certified Administrator,
- Nuix Workstation Data Discovery Core / Specialist / Administrator
- Reliable, organised, and attentive to detail, good at working under pressure and to tight deadlines, a good problem-solver, and a clear and effective communicator
- Must be able to explain technologies and workflows to non-technical people, and to provide technical explanations of colleagues' needs to technical specialists
- A good understanding of the electronic disclosure/forensic technologies marketplace would also be advantageous.
