**The role**:
**What will you do**:
The eDiscovery Coordinator will provide assistance to the eDiscovery team across various projects, in various capacities, including (but not limited to):

- Relativity (technology platform) support;
- Logging all client media and maintaining the media database;
- Overseeing the recruitment and administration of temporary paralegals;
- Managing timesheets and invoices associated with temporary paralegals;
- Development of M&BD collateral in conjunction with the head of department and M&BD lead
- Managing department invoices for eDiscovery services; and
- Assisting the team with administrative and operational support.
- To support the development and implementation of the firm's eDiscovery Solutions strategy.

**What we are looking for**:
**Education/Experience/Qualifications**
- Degree educated or equivalent experience (law highly desirable)
- Understanding of litigation support and e-discovery technologies (preferable)
- Experience in a litigation support/professional services type role delivering high quality client services is preferable

**Technical Skills/Knowledge**
- Relativity (highly desirable, but not essential)
- MS Office suite of products
- MS Excel (Intermediate and above preferred)
- PDF document standards
- Ability to understand and work with complex databases

**General Skills/Attributes**
- Intellectually astute, analytical yet pragmatic
- Creative and open to new ideas
- Commercially aware
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organisation skills
- A self-starter, keen to develop the role
