**Credit Analyst Administrator (18 Month FTC)**

**Company Information**

You will be working for a large manufacturing business that have a presence worldwide and have the UK head office based near Ellesmere Port. Working within their unique product there are the market leaders.

**Main duties**

Provide support for all businesses in assessing & reviewing global customers as defined by the Group Credit Policy and in line with the Credit & Risk Management policy & procedures. Ensure adherence to Political & Sovereign risk in line with Group Tradeterms & understand legal and compliance sanctions after training. Obtain correct approval signatures on customer credit files in line with the Group approval matrix.

**Customer Data set up and maintenance**

Ensure customer payment terms, names & addresses with ERP System billing address sites are set up and accurately maintained. Provide support during the upcoming ERP implementation to ensure customer data integrity is accurate in preparation for upload intothe new SAP system, Ensure that the credit limits are maintained in line with credit policy and approval levels.

**Cash Collection Posting**

Control supplies to customers not adhering to agreed payment criteria. Check and despatch documentation to bank in line with deadlines Documentary collections

Use of credit reference agency software; ERP Testing & Project involvement for upgrades; Identification and implementation of process improvements. Professional development by attending internal seminars/events and selected external credit forums.

**Daily Tasks**

**Requirements**:

- GCSE's in Maths and English, or equivalent.
- Practical/Technical experience compiling export documentation such as Letters of Credit or Documentary Collections
- Proficient in the use of an established ERP system, such as AX Dynamics, SAP, or Oracle.
- Solid Excel skills, where a certification in its use would be beneficial but not essential.
- Exposure to the production of detailed and accurate management information/reports.

**Benefits**

**Salary**: Competitive

Hours: 37.5 per week (normally 8.30 - 4.30)

Core Hours: Work between 7am - 7pm (core between 10am and 3pm)

Hybrid Working: up to 40% working from home (after probation)
Bonus: on target 4% (depending on personal and business performance this can move up to 30%)
Holidays: 25 per year plus bank holidays.
Pension: on joining 5% / 5%, after probation period, this can move up to 10% / 15%('er)

Death in Service: 6 x salary payable to beneficiaries
