We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Senior Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing assistance and support to individuals diagnosed with Autism. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of others

- Leading a team of staff/staff supervisions. Working as part of the Management Team to provide appropriate and high standards of care. Support and guidance to the individuals within our Services.

On call duties, Rota Management, overseeing administration requirements for assigned services

- Experience of working within the Care Sector an advantage
- Willingness to learn and implement GGH's Model of Care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, effective/open communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Empathy and compassion for individuals with diverse needs
- A flexible approach is essential
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

The post is Monday to Friday, there is a requirement to cover shifts if needed and you will have on-call responsibilities.

**Salary**: £28,940.84-£30,689.49 per year
