Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care and support to residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and review processes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services.

Requirements:

  • Health and Social Care qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or equivalent).
  • Experience working in a residential care setting, preferably with vulnerable adults.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality care and support, promoting resident autonomy and dignity.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range (£25,386 - £27,292 per annum, FTE).
