LINK Scheme is the operator of the LINK system as set out in the Financial Services (Banking Reform) Act 2013. **Overview**:
They have over 60 staff who currently work from their Harrogate office and are now looking for a new member to join their expanding team as an Apprentice IT Systems Co-ordinator.

You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and hands on experience as you complete a Level 3 IT support apprenticeship.
The position is ideal for an Individual who is eager to learn new skills across a range of IT disciplines; kick starting their career within the IT sector.

**Salary**:
£20,000 per annum.

**Key duties include**:

- Front line support to users where possible to rectify problems or enabling the support from the IT Service Provider acting as onsite liaison
- Working closely with the Information Security function to ensure that all IT services and controls (including those which are subcontracted) are compliant with LSHL policies and procedures and where necessary create, modify and adapt company policy andprocedure to ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 27001/2 controls
- Providing front line IT support to LSHL employee
- Managing the onsite corporate network hardware and infrastructure

**What we are looking for**:
**Knowledge, skills and experience**:
**Essential:**
- Strong desire to work in fast paced environment using modern information technology, software, hardware and processes.
- Strong desire to learn and administer Microsoft products including Active Directory, Exchange and SharePoint.
- Ability to learn how to maintain and administer hosted cloud solutions including AWS and Azure.
- A desire to learn and understand networking hardware and networking principles including Wi-Fi (CISCO Meraki).
- Strong communication and customer service skills

**Entry requirements**:

- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
