- Proficient in typing and computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven listening and comprehension skills to undertake accurate minutes
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
