Role Responsibilities for Senior Administrator:

- Providing general administration support to the business including filing, scanning etc.
- Managing the reception area and acting as first point of contact when greeting guests
- Scheduling meeting rooms, scheduling appointments, company events etc.
- Liaising with third party supplier e.g. caterers
- Managing the office supplies and ordering when needed
- Provide PA support to senior management when needed
- Arranging transport, accommodation and itineraries for employees
**Requirements**:

- Experience in a varied administrative role essential
- Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Experience prioritising tasks with great organisational skills
