IT Support Analyst - 1st/2nd Line Support

Type: Permanent

Location: Maldon, Essex

A growing organisation in Maldon require an IT Support analyst to join their team

They are not necessarily looking for a highly experienced person, they are looking for a communicative, enthusiastic, intelligent person, with relevant qualifications, some existing experience in IT and a genuine, vocational interest in computing. Trainingwould be given in all aspects.

The role:

- To communicate effectively with the clients ensuring they are up to speed with the progress of technical support / systems installations etc.
- To care enough about your role to devise and implement solutions to ongoing issues
- To be successful in this role you will need:

- Good communication skills
- IT support experience
- To be dedicated to an IT support career and be prepared to develop your technical knowledge
- To be happy to be on the Help desk as well as, sometimes, visiting client sites to assist in the installation of new equipment
- To be familiar with cloud services
- To want to a key member of a dedicated and professional team
