- Provide prompt, unobtrusive, attentive service
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance, always wearing the full, correct, clean uniform and to be an example for chef de rang and commis
- Ensure that the customers dining experience is one to remember
- Maintain a high profile during service while being polite and helpful
- Be always in control of your tables/section, keeping on top of all the changes happening
- To ensure discretion and confidentiality with VIP customers and to ensure all information is given to the Managers for the reservation in-house database
- Ensure continuous training for new and existing commis waiters, assisting in their day to day duties by ensuring all tasks on daily planner are correctly carried out

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £7.50-£13.00 per hour
