To support a major consolidation initiative, Element and its Digital Technology Group (DTG) are looking to hire an experienced
**Digital Adoption Lead** to join its Laboratory Technology Team.

This position can be remote, yet international travel to various offices may be required as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and consolidate Existing Software Training and adoption program landscape and suggest improvements where possible.
- Create and deliver digital adoption training programs, workshops, and online resources to internal teams and other stakeholders to enhance their understanding and usage of our systems.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of digital adoption initiatives, and regularly report on progress to stakeholders.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to identify pain points, usability issues, and areas for improvement in digital platforms.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure user-centric design and seamless user experiences that facilitate optimal digital adoption.
- Work alongside management across the Digital Technology Group (DTG) and regional Service Operations Team Leads to deliver best in class support to users and stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital adoption and digital transformation.

Skills / Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner to a variety of stakeholders.
- People orientated, with team lead qualities, experience of influencing and impacting communities at varying levels to achieve goals.
- Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
- Be able to proactively manage stakeholder expectations to avoid incorrect perception.
- Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles and methodologies.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for staying ahead of the curve in the digital space.
- Working knowledge of O365 tools for gathering, processing and presenting information and data.
- Experience in using and creating online walkthroughs and tools such as WalkMe or Inline Manual is a plus.
