Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering exceptional customer value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations that showcase the value of Pendo's digital adoption solutions.
- Collaborate strategically with the enterprise sales organization to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Scope and execute proof-of-value evaluations, gathering technical requirements and defining success criteria.
- Address prospects' technical questions on Pendo's technology, installation, security, and data privacy.
- Gather technical requirements and validate technical fit, ensuring a smooth handoff to implementation teams and setting up customers for success.
- Act as a mentor and industry expert, contributing relevant content, processes, and thought leadership that advance the sales team strategy and goals.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in a customer-facing role working with large enterprises and Fortune 500 Europe accounts, with 5+ years of pre-sales experience.
- Experience working on teams using the MEDDICC (or similar) framework and knowledge of value-based demos.
- Hands-on experience working with/troubleshooting web (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs) or mobile technologies in a customer-focused role or as a developer.
- Excellent presentation and product demonstration skills adaptable to both executives and technical buyers.
- Qualities of a leader, including high levels of responsibility, personal ownership, proactivity, open-mindedness, and a desire to mentor others.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with digital adoption and/or experience selling outcomes of digital transformation and change management.
- Experience with ecosystems such as Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, and other complex enterprise systems that Pendo helps drive adoption within.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
