We are currently looking for a
- **Luggage Porter** to join our
- **Concierge team** at Rosewood London. Our
- **Luggage Porters** are appointed to deliver luggage and other items to and from our guests’ rooms as well as assisting guests. Within a 14-day period you will work 7 shifts, each lasting 12 hours.**Key expectations of this role are**
- Handling all guest luggage and other items swiftly and carefully in accordance with Rosewood standards.
- Supporting the concierge team to deliver an engaging, refined and intuitive service.
- Efficiently organising the luggage storage room. Attending local shops to fulfil guests’ requests and operational requirements.**Profile**
- Having a passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience.
- The ability to work in a team and build relationships with others.
- Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
