The Sheffield Liaison Psychiatry Service are looking for outstanding clinicians to join our team.**
The Liaison Psychiatry Service is currently a member of the Psychiatric Liaison Accreditation Network (PLAN) and serves the people of Sheffield. We received over 5000 referrals into our service in the last financial NHS year. Person cantered care is at the heart of our practice and we work hard to support each other through the day-to-day challenges of working in this demanding role.
We are seeking to recruit outstanding clinicians to work with people age 16+ in core hours (7am-8pm, Mon-Fri) to improve our response times across the three Sheffield Teaching Hospitals sites.
We are firm believers in evidence-based practice and are currently involved in a national research project 'Fresh Start', offering adapted therapies delivered by Mental Health Practitioners to people who otherwise may struggle to access services. Currently there are training opportunities within the team to deliver the adapted therapy.
