Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the Director. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Director and assist with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.

**Duties**:

- Manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Arrange travel itineraries and accommodations for business trips
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and gather information as requested
- Assist with financial tasks such as expense tracking and invoicing using QuickBooks
- Perform general office duties including filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Handle any other administrative tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document creation and collaboration
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Knowledge of general office procedures and clerical duties
- Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
