Our UK based team continues to grow and a new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Leader to join our NKT Service & Installation Executive Leadership Team (ELT). In this role you will have responsibility to build and maintain the current organisation. You will control sales and cost budgets and have full responsibility over P&L for Service UK. You will own business and legal compliance, and act as a role model for our corporate shared beliefs.

It will be your responsibility to manage key projects and initiatives relating to the market, as well as run business development of new service market segments.

**Your primary tasks will be**:

- Contribute to the overall NKT business development as a member of the NKT Service ELT and global NKT ELT
- Create structures, processes and organise the local UK team to ensure execution of services
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships
- Control budgets, costs, investment and revenue management for local business, in collaboration with Finance.

This role is UK based at our site in Teesside and fully remote. Short notice travel will be required to our operational site in Runcorn and occasional international travel, mainly throughout Europe, will be required.

To effectively take on this position, you need to be a person who has the ability to build positive working relations, with advanced problem-solving & communication skills, possess exceptional time and project management skills, and be able to prioritise. You have proven people management skills and you are highly goal orientated, assertive and motivated to achieve business results.

**Your Experience Profile should also include**:
Bachelor's degree preferably within Engineering or Business Management, any additional relevant education or higher degree level, e.g. Masters or MBA would be advantageous but not essential.

Your proven ability to successfully act as a Leader, delivering results through your team with performance management, together with an advanced understanding of QHSE will also be desirable. Join us whilst “We connect a greener world”
