**Administrator (Part-time)**
**£11.50 - £12 per hour + holiday pay**
**Based in Edinburgh City Centre**
- Hours: Mon - Friday (10am - 4pm) - other hours may be considered
- Start date: ASAP
- Fully office based
**Key responsibilities**:
- Answering incoming calls to the organisation, supporting where possible or passing on to a relevant member of staff
- Answering the door and welcoming visitors to the office
- Receiving mail and packages
- Adding appointments into electronic diary system
- Updating systems, spreadsheets and databases with relevant information
- Compiling phone lists
- Scanning and filing
- Ad hoc admin duties as required
**What we're looking for:**
- Previous experience working in an Administrator or Receptionist role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to pick up different tasks when required
- Good IT skills - particularly MS Office
- Compassion and empathy
