Our Client is a well-established small IFA practice who offers advice in investments and Pension management, They are now looking for an Administrator to join the team.

This is a wonderful company to work for, they are very flexible on hours and days. You could work full time or part time within this role.

**What Your Day-to-Day Duties Will Include**:

- Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance
- Filing and archiving
- Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations
- Compiling reports
- Managing diaries for team members
- Scheduling meetings, taking minutes and arranging conferences and events
- Speaking to customers and clients to answer queries and resolve issues

**What is Needed to Be Considered for This Role**:

- Be thorough and pay attention to detail
- Able to work well with others
- Able to work on your own
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Able to use a computer and the main software packages competently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £15,000.00-£20,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
