**Key responsibilities**:

- General Admin
- Raising QRM’s (Quotation Request Maintenance)
- Raising Quotes.
- Raising Sales Orders.
- Order Acknowledgments.
- Delivery Forecast’s.
- Admin Hr duties.
- Filing.
- Liaising with customers.
- Assisting in prompt and concise communication with colleagues in order to deal with customer complaints.

**Key requirements of the Sales Administrator role**
- Factory master but not essential.
- ERP system knowledge.
- Good communication Skills.
- Proficient in organisation.
- Exceptional telephone manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
