My client has been in the edtech sector for over 15 years. They help deliver anything from general IT Support to safeguarding software, and they are known for developing strong relationships with their customers to bring their IT vision to life.

The role:
**Travel expenses will be covered**

What they're looking for;
- At least one year experience in a technical support role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10
- Understanding of Windows Server - 2016, 2019
- A driving liscence will be required

You will be responsible for;
- Visiting customer sites on a regular basis, acting as the first point of contact for technical support issues, managing the IT infrastructure.
- Respond to customer requests and assist them with hardware or software problems.
- Log and address any software or hardware problems detected while on site.
