Pennine Lung Service Admin Clerk

**Job overview**:
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Pennine Lung Service and NCA Long Covid Service.
You will work between the Royal Oldham site and Whitney Court for service administration purposes and will provide and receive sensitive confidential information on behalf of the service and will present a positive, and professional image of yourself and the service to all other services and agencies.
**Main duties of the job**:
- Process confidential patient information following Trust policies and GDPR regulations.
- Answer the phone and take telephone queries from patients, wards and primary care services.
- Order stock.
- Use Procurement for stock/non-stock items as well as raising requisitions/purchase orders for room bookings.
- Assist Band 7 Team Leaders with daily service administration when required.
- Admin support for multidisciplinary team when required, uploading notes from MDT meetings, minute taking for team meetings
