**The Package - What you could earn**
- Basic salary up to £20,000 depending on experience + OTE, quarterly and EOY bonus’s if targets are reached
- £150 pm car allowance
- 5-day week, plus every other Saturday
- 25 days holiday

**Sales Negotiator - Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Working within one of our sales offices.
- Working within one of our sales teams you will be involved with viewings, applicant management and sales progression.
- Full training given if necessary with career progression opportunities.
- Delivering high levels of customer service.
- Maintain the professional and reputable image of the company.
- Proactively book viewings as well as dealing with valuation requests.
- Accompany applicants on property viewings.
- This position would suit either a Trainee Negotiator role or a Sales Negotiator - the right person is more important.

**The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience**:

- Must have previous experience as a Sales Negotiator (1 year +)
- Must hold a full Driving Licence
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills are essential
- Bundles of energy and able to deal with multiple viewings a day
- Be of smart appearance - Business attire to be worn at all times
- Have excellent communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, and have good literacy skills
- Knowledge of the local area an advantage
