Bakers Dolphin Coach Travel is the foremost, award winning coach and tour operator in the south west providing first class service to our customers. To help support our ambitions to continue our growth plans we are looking for enthusiastic Trainee Drivers to enrol in our Coach Driver Training School which operates from our depot in Weston-super-Mare.

To meet our high expectations, you will need to be safety conscious, enthusiastic about customer care and willing to learn and develop new skills and knowledge. You will have an appreciation that coach driving is not just another job but a vocation and be willing to rise to the challenges of transporting our wide variety of customers to a variety of destinations.

In return you will be supported by our hugely experienced trainers who will develop you into an extremely skilled professional that will have gained a highly respected qualification and be working for an esteemed company within the coaching industry.

On completion of training, a Newly Qualified Driver will have the opportunity to grow their skills and deliver a variety of services that Bakers Dolphin Coach Travel has to offer. This can include: School and contract work, Rail Replacement and local chartered private hires. As you advance, opportunities to become a tour driver within the U.K and Europe will present themselves should you wish progress to that type of work.
