**About the role**
The Contracts Officer will work as part of the Business Development Team to ensure that all elements of contract management and administration are effectively managed. The post holder will ensure that GreenSquareAccord is maintaining robust systems that comply with internal audit, regulatory compliance and contractual compliance.
The Contracts Officer will:
- Manage and have oversight of all elements of contracting including review, negotiation, sign off and storage
- Monitor the contracts held to ensure efficient contract management
- Support operational teams in proactively approaching expiry and renewals of contracts
- Review contracts before sign off to ensure terms are appropriate
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure fee uplift processes are managed across all contracts
- Support Project Co-ordinator to ensure that the contract elements of projects are managed appropriately
**About you**:
- Experience of contracts management within a social care setting.
- Experience of engagement with health and social care commissioning teams
- Experience of relationship building with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance for health and social care
- Understanding of Care and Support environment and challenges within the sector, both operationally and strategically.
- Understanding of current public sector commissioning strategies/processes and key drivers for change.
- Full driving license (or ability to travel to group wide services including new developments) and enhanced DBS required
