**JOB TITLE**: GRANTS ADMINISTRATOR - £12.00 per hour

**RESPONSIBLE TO**: CENTRE MANAGER

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Identify potential grant sources
- Research work involving internet and all other searches
- Judge, evaluate and allocate correct amount to a particular project

Disseminate timely information on funding opportunities to grantees and coordinate the proposal planning process
- Prepare 3 monthly reports to Management Committee
- Maintain and verify payment records, reviews, invoices and record receipts
- Liaise between organisations and funders
- Perform other duties as required.

**Skills**
- Knowledge of grant processes and practices

Knowledge of financial and budgeting aspects of the organisation
- Must be well organised
- Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel) Internet, social media, copier printer, scanner and telephone
- Readily answerable and accessible to grantees in order to update with them
- Develop effective grant proposals
- Engage in periodical meetings at the office
- Understand the need of the organisation and search for an appropriate funder
- Communication and networking skills

- To have experience in completing statistics
- To work constructively as a member of a team
- To work on own initiative
- To be sensitive to confidential information and to ensure that it remains with the Centre's staff
- To keep precise records and clear reports for monitoring purposes, with due regard to security and confidentiality
- To have ability to complete forms

- Willing to be flexible
