We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of a **Finance Administrator **to join here at **iBC Healthcare** based in our Central Suport Hub in Leicester.
**Contract**: Part-Time, permanent contract.
**Salary**: £12.00 per hour.
**Hours**: 20 hours a week - Monday to Friday
**Duties Include**:
- **Invoice Processing**: Reviewing, verifying, and processing all incoming invoices, ensuring they are accurate and approved for payment.
- **Payment Disbursement**: Preparing and processing payments, including checks, electronic transfers, and ACH payments, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement to vendors.
- **Vendor Management**: Maintaining positive relationships with vendors, addressing any discrepancies or issues related to payments, and updating vendor information in the accounting system.
- **Audit Preparation**: Providing necessary documentation and support for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- **Compliance**: Ensuring adherence to company policies, accounting principles, and relevant regulations, including tax compliance and reporting.
- **Data Entry and Maintenance**: Accurately entering and maintaining financial data in the accounting system, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the accounts payable ledger
