Internal Sales Coordinator

Our client is a market leading group, employing people across various manufacturing, commercial sites and trade counters in the UK and Ireland. They currently have a requirement for new full time permanent Internal Sales Coordinator to join the team in theiroffices in Stonehouse. They are rapidly expanding and can offer great future development opportunities
**Responsibilities**:
- Actively respond to incoming enquiries to the business and follow up quotations provided to clients.
- Work closely with existing and lapsed clients.
- To further develop existing business opportunities and to work closely with the field-based business development managers, internal estimating, and sales order processing teams.
- Manage, maintain, and build upon client relationships.
- Be alert to new developments and opportunities.
- Be naturally curious as to how our products add value and can provide a compelling alternative to other suppliers in the industry.
- Be a skilled listener. Ask the right questions so you can fully understand the client business and needs.
- Have an attention to detail, good admin skills and be able to take ownership to update the customer relationship management software (CRM).
- Be a self-starter who can work alone and/or as part of a team.
- Need to be self-motivated, courteous and have a good telephone manner.
- An ability that enables customers to talk through their needs.
- Offer ideas, creativity and maintain the highest standards.
- Observant with the ability to spot discrepancies
- Able to understand technical requirements and process effectively and accurately.
- Accurate in data entry with a high attention to detail.
- Team Player.
- Computer Literate.
**Hours**:
- Monday - Friday - 8.30am - 5pm
**Salary** - £25,625.60 +
