We are currently seeking a meticulous and dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining all aspects of accounts receivable for the company. This includes processing incoming receipts, managing customer accounts, account reconciliations, AR report generation and ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances.

All accomplished adhering within Tecomet’s principles of continuous improvement, customer driven innovation and a win first culture, whilst also meeting company financial and other performance metrics.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Generate and send out invoices to customers.
- Create working relationships with customers with regular spoken dialogue
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Monitor customer receipts and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Process incoming receipts in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain various reports related to accounts receivable internally and for group.
- Communicate with customers to address enquiries or resolve payment issues.
- Collaborate with the sales team to resolve any billing issues.
- Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
