ROLE SUMMARY

This Senior Client Skills Facilitator role on the Global Client Skills Team (within the Global Sales Management Team) is designed to lead critical training initiatives for client-facing associated in EMEA. The role owns various training initiatives, establishes implementation road maps, and executes on training strategy (at times, will also directly facilitate trainings). Gathers and organizes training requirements and prioritizes or contributes to prioritization of training road map and partners with client facing teams to deliver. Leverages insights gained from client interactions to recommend enhanced processes, reports, tools, etc., for improving training effectiveness. Takes the lead in conceptualizing and developing Client facing training curriculum enhancements. Advises client facing teams on recommended training priorities, which should align closely with the Global Growth Strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Training Portfolio Ownership — Partners with various teams such as business teams, legal, compliance, and design to ensure that solutions are compliant, client-centric, and in line with brand standards. May own certain training initiatives from end to end. Establishes or heavily contributes to road map for assigned trainings. Removes impediments and facilitates decisions both inside and outside the core team to ensure a successful training delivery. Coordinates with Global Sales Management leadership, Client Skills leadership, and Senior Management as needed to resolve conflicts. The Senior Client Skills Facilitator sets the direction for the training and prioritizes what will be included in the business case and each training module. Training Portfolio may include (but not limited to) New hire training, Client Engagement training, Investment Strategy Training and Sales offsite agenda and content planning.
- Achieves Business Results —Often works within cross-functional teams, which could include sales, marketing, technology, and design associates. Ensures training sessions meet and/or exceed standards for business impact, client satisfaction, compliance, and operational efficiency by closely monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting measures of success. Develops and implements strategies and tactics to meet the desired business objectives for assigned training initiatives.
- Coaching and Mentoring —Supports leadership team in the onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching of certain Associates within the Client Skills Team, and across EMEA. Recognizes associates as appropriate and, at times, may provide constructive feedback in support of individual development goals.
- Training Release Coordination —Plans with other key team roles as well as stakeholders who are part of other teams, if necessary, to ensure a strategic, complementary release schedule. The Sr. Client Skills Facilitator also helps to identify necessary operational changes stemming from a release and is co-responsible for defining reusable solutions/shared components.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES / SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

- Prior global asset management or similar experience (min. 5 years) and knowledge of the asset management sales process is a MUST
- Experience driving behavior change through a thoughtful approach
- Strategic thinking to ensure that training approach incorporates all the relevant aspects of the sales process (Client-facing skills, product knowledge, CRM and data best practices, use of resources, etc.)
- Ability to work collaboratively with both leaders and sales teams to develop training strategy that addresses the objectives of Global Distribution
- Demonstrated interpersonal, influencing and relationship management skills, as well as critical thinking and problem solving
- Ability to independently and proactively manage time and shifting priorities effectively, while in a challenging operating environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Preferred:

- 5+ years of asset management distribution experience, or 8+ years of sales training experience.
- Previous exposure to US and APAC working culture and multiple time zones
- Strong knowledge of TRP business
