**Job description**

Nicholsons Property Group are looking to recruit a Property Management Administrator for our Filey Branch.

Working in a busy office environment, you will be speaking to customers on a daily basis as their first point of contact for the business. In this role you will be responsible for regular communication with our clients and contractors whilst delivering exceptional customer service both face to face and over the phone, using computerised systems.

Role Responsibilities:

- administration of our block management and liaison with our accounts team
- re-active maintenance
- contractor liaison
- job inspections
- organisation of residents meetings and minute taking
- occasional Saturday morning meetings

Desired Experience:

- demonstrate customer service skills.
- you should be a clear and professional communicator
- computer and IT skills essential
- working with a close-knit team in all aspects of estate agency
- on the job training provided

Must have:

- excellent oral and written communication skills
- maintain staff and client confidentiality
- be able to demonstrate excellent numerical and literacy skills
- ability to work efficiently, with tight deadlines and to a high degree of accuracy
- possess excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills and a polite and professional telephone manner
- full driving licence

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
