**Office Administrator**
Our client EPPH Drainage is hiring an Office Administrator to join their team. They have no restriction on their client base from domestic to commercial across private and public sectors. Their main customers include many main contractors, government organizations,school and hospital trusts. They are always happy to form new relationships and allow clients to experience a unique peace of mind service.
**The Role**
Exciting opportunity to join our growing team in our new office located in Ipswich, EPPH Drainage are looking for an experienced, enthusiast and highly motivated individual to become our office Administrator joining our already very successful team.
Some of the role requirements.
- Answering incoming calls
- Fleet management - includes ordering company vehicles, liaising with lease and insurance companies, booking regular services and MOT’s, general vehicle maintenance, ordering, and replacing engineer fuel cards and adding all vehicles to the company Dartand Congestion Charge accounts.
- Looking after engineers - booking training and ensuring all qualifications are up to date, monitoring employee timesheets, and cross-checking these against call-outs / job sheets.
- Meeting bookings and taking detailed minutes
- Engineer training matrix
- Timesheet approvals and checks
- Social media updates
- Content creation and copy writing
- Creating O&M Manuals, a booklet for all new builds/projects outlining the descriptions for each build and detailing all gas (boiler) and electrical registrations and warrantees.
- Marketing advertorials
- Uniform ordering & office supplies
- Booking Health and Safety courses and ensuring all engineers have the appropriate legal documentation i.e. CSCS, ECS, iPAF, PASMA and Skills Cards for all apprentices.
- Updating all certificates and company accreditations (Construction Line, SafeContractor, CHAS, GasSafe, HASpod and Oftec ect..)
- Keeping and maintaining a detailed inventory of in-house stock and company owned material
