**JOB PURPOSE**:
You will lead strategic initiatives to grow and embed 3D into the business in line with wider business strategies and management.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Engage in cross-functional collaborations to improve ways of working using 3D
- Partner with internal teams to increase 3D adoption and implement new processes
- Build and manage internal and external training capabilities
- Manage relationships with external partners (vendors, industry, university)
- Maintain and support with operational tasks to drive 3D BAU work across the business
- Identify and scope innovative technologies to support the digital transformation strategies and technical development related to product execution

**PERSONAL PROFILE**:

- Experience in fashion role (luxury preferred)
- Background in digital pattern cutting and 3D asset creation
- Proficient in Lectra Modaris, CLO 3D and the Adobe creative suite
- Knowledge of garment construction and manufacturing methods
- Experience managing wider supply chain relationships with external vendors
- Experience implementing new processes and ways of working
- Strong communication and presenting skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to work under high pressure
- Proven ability to deliver against timelines
