Our client, a growing RIBA Chartered Architectural practice based in London are actively looking for an Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Architectural Technician / Technologist todevelop their career further working in a friendly, thriving office in London that work on exciting residential developments.

This practice predominantly specialises within the residential sector, but also occasionally work on a range of commercial developments. Projects vary, these include small to large scale extensions, refurbishments and conversions across London.

Our client is offering an excellent opportunity to join a busy, design led, architectural practice that offers excellent growth and developments of someone's career.

**Architectural Technician / TechnologistPosition Overview**
- Work on a range of small to large scale developments within the Residential sector
- Create detailed drawings and working drawings for a wide variety of projects
- Create 3D Technical drawings
- Produce construction drawings / detailing
- Produce working drawings for tender
- Produce external wall/roof details

**Architectural Technician / TechnologistPosition Requirements**
- Living in or around the London area
- Relevant experience & Good knowledge of the Construction Stage of a project
- Good working knowledge of Vectorworks (advantageous)
- Excellent technical knowledge
- Strong portfolio showing off technical ability, construction details and detailed layouts
- Residential experience (preferred)
- Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic

**Architectural Technician / TechnologistPosition Remuneration**
- Competitive salary (£20,000 - £32,000 DOE)
- Pension
- Holiday; 20 Days + Bank Holidays
