The Role

Are you a passionate 3D artist with a fire for creating engaging experiences? We're seeking a talented 3D Graphic Designer to join our design team and play a key role in bringing our clients' visions to life. You'll collaborate with designers, project managers, and technologists to develop stunning 3D environments, interactive elements, and captivating visuals for immersive experiences and exhibitions.


Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the creative team to translate client briefs and brand guidelines into compelling 3D concepts.
  • Utilise your 3D design expertise to create high-quality assets including environments, characters, props, and interactive elements.
  • Develop realistic and engaging visuals using industry-standard 3D software (e.g., Maya, 3Ds Max, Cinema 4D).
  • Collaborate with the technical team to optimise 3D assets for real-time rendering and interactive experiences.
  • Contribute to the development of storyboards, mood boards, and visual presentations.
  • Manage revisions and feedback effectively to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in 3D design and immersive technologies.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a 3D Graphic Designer, ideally within the experience design or exhibition industry.
  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of 3D design principles, lighting, and texturing.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard 3D design software (Maya, 3Ds Max, Cinema 4D preferred).
  • Experience with real-time rendering engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity) a plus.
  • Strong understanding of design principles for immersive and interactive experiences.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality work.
