**Finance Assistant**
**Overview**
- Salary - £24,000 per annum depending on experience
- Weekly tips - all our support staff receive a share in our service charge which we estimate to be around £1,500 per year

To be a key player in the finance team, to work closely with restaurants, retail outlets and our central reservation team to ensure financial information is provide in an accurate and timely manner. To work with the sites and provide training on systems and ways of working, to review and streamline processes and provide support to the wider accounts department.
**What you’ll be getting up to**
- Reviewing weekly information as provided by the revenue generating arms of the business
- To accurately enter information into the financial system in a timely manner
- To work with the accounts supervisor to find improved ways of working
- To support and train site personal to improve accuracy of compliance of financial regimes
- To invoice customers and ensure debts are settled in the required time frame
- To provide adhoc support to the accounts supervisor and purchase ledger clerk
**Skills required**
- Strong organizational skills

- Good numeracy skills
- Understanding of hospitality
- Be flexible and good attitude to problem solving
- Ideally experience of finance systems

**Our Story**
Rick and Jill Stein started our family run business back in 1975, and today we employ over 600 happy staff. The business has grown from the first flagship Seafood Restaurant in Padstow to 10 restaurants across the south of England, plus hotel rooms, cookery school, shops and an online shop. Rick and Jill are still heavily involved in the business, as are their three sons Ed, Jack and Charlie.
