**The Role requires 2 yeas experience in managing teams of employees, in landscaping and ground maintenance.**

The below is a brief summary of the role, more details will be discussed at the
interview stage.
- Based from our depot at _**Porterbrook rail innovation centre **_near Long Marston (Stratford - Upon - Avon) and working closely with the Regional Operations Manager you will be responsible for completing on-site grounds care services including
- Grass cutting,
- weed control,
- maintenance of shrubs and flowerbeds,

planting works and litter picking.
- Leading a team of operatives, completing health and safety checks,
- Represent the company with a polite and professional manner.
- Positive can do attitude
- Attention to detail
- Experienced in running a team of operatives.
- Complete all relevant job documentation via a mobile phone.
- Identify and report any H&S issues or site standard issues to the line manager.
- Ensure safe on-site working practice.
- Complete basic maintenance and upkeep of vehicles and equipment under your control.
