**£21,000- £23,000 + Bonus Scheme + Pension Scheme + Company Benefits**

Are you from Customer Service or Sales background looking to join an industry leading company who boast a great staff retention rate and invest in their employees?

This is an opportunity of a Monday to Friday role within a great working environment joining a close knit office team.

The company are growing year on year, they specialise in selling a wide range of products into different industries. They have built a great reputation in the industry based on their quality of product and service.

This role would suit someone with Sales experience looking to join a company for a long term career.

The Role:

- Making outbound calls - however this is not cold calling this is dealing with existing database customers only
- Developing relationships with existing customers to increase customer spend and follow up on Marketing Material promoting offers and services
- Monday to Friday role within a close knit team - there will be a bonus scheme to increase your earnings too

The Person:

- You will need a level of Sales experience and confident on the phone
- Looking for a long term career role within a company that will invest in you and provide you with a great working environment
