**Location**:Hybrid | Newmarket | 2-days on-site

**Hours**: 32hrs across a 4-day week (no salary sacrifice)

**Salary**: £30,000 - £40,000

**Job snapshot**:
As our IT Support Engineer, you'll look after your colleagues across desktop support, hardware & software installation and networking monitoring.

You'll be someone who is happy to get involved in all areas of support and enjoys a variety of tasks with no two days being the same.

This is our first hire within the internal support space with a large opportunity to develop processes and create impact.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Act as first point of contact for any internal IT support queries
- Install and configure new starters and current team members IT equipment
- Support colleagues with any troubleshooting queries
- Perform regular checks on IT equipment to ensure efficiencies
- Assisting with any needed software/hardware upgrades
- Support with the development of current network security processes
- Support in the development of current support processes & systems looking to improve how things get done
- Occasional out of hours working

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an IT Support role

- Self-starter attitude, taking ownership and driving forward the work from concept to delivery
