We are a dynamic domiciliary care business in West London, dedicated to providing exceptional care to our clients in the comfort of their homes. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to support our CQC Registered Manager and act as a bridge between the Registered Manager and the nominated individual within our company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the CQC Registered Manager in the daily operations of our domiciliary care services.
- Manage and support a small team of carers, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
- Serve as a point of contact between the Registered Manager and the nominated individual.
- Maintain accurate records and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their needs and concerns over the phone.
- Support the development and implementation of care plans.
- Participate in staff recruitment, training, and supervision.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
- Relevant experience in a similar role within the domiciliary or residential care sector.
- Strong office administration skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Empathy, compassion, and a client-focused approach.
