Sense Scotland is currently recruiting **part time (20 hours per week) Support Practitioner **in **Aberdeenshire**, based within our **Cruden Bay** services. Providing Care at Home and Housing Support to people with a learning and or physical disability and communication support needs each person has very individual aspirations and their own unique lifestyles that they wish to have supported.

You will work in a person-centred way to ensure consistent and direct support with daily living such as carrying out all aspects of personal care, administration of medication, assisting with feeding, bathing, washing and dressing. Though there can be times the people we support behave in a way you may find challenging, we offer a robust support system to all our staff, with ongoing training, staff supervision, and access to learning and development courses to ensure you can develop your skills and experience.
