About the Role
Aberdeenshire Council is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care and Support Practitioner. As a key worker, you will provide person-centred care with holistic support to individuals in a community or residential setting, promoting equality and choice for all.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, record, implement, and review personal care and support plans in partnership with service users.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the post for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
- Meet the requirements of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act and obtain SSSC registration within 3 months of employment.
Requirements
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work towards continuous improvement of the post.
- SSSC registration within 3 months of employment.
