About the Role

Care Support Specialists play a vital part in our team, ensuring that we provide the best care and support possible during times of staff training, holidays, and absence.

As a Care Support Specialist, you will support individuals to manage their own homes, increase and maintain their independence, and encourage and support them with their social, health, and wellbeing needs.

You'll bring creativity and enthusiasm into supporting them to access leisure activities, engage in meaningful activities, and take part in hobbies and interests that are important to them, both within their home and out in their local communities.

About You

We don't need experience in care or qualifications to start your career with us. We are more interested in who you are as a person. We'll invest in you by providing paid training, and we'll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and yearly SSSC registration fees too.

Shift Patterns

We're dedicated to providing the best 24/7 support, so shift patterns for our services involve early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, public holidays, and sleepovers.

The sleep part of a sleepover shift isn't included within your contracted hours, so you will receive an additional payment for £96 per sleepover worked.
