The Purchase Ledger Clerk will be based from our head office in Kidderminster on a full-time basis.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

- Entering supplier credits and invoices (including foreign invoices).
- Checking supplier statements.
- Full reconciling of supplier statements.
- Purchase ledger queries.
- Complete Month-End requirements.
- Use Sage Line 50 and other in-house software.
- General support and administration duties.

As the Purchase Ledger Clerk, you should have the following skills, qualifications, and competencies:

- AAT Level 2 or above.
- Experience in Sage Line 50 (preferred).
- Experience of doing a full Purchase Ledger within an account’s environment.
- Experience in Month-End procedures.
- Ability to prioritise, work at a fast pace and multi-task.
- Team player with a can-do attitude.
- Attention to detail and good problem solving.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
